I have the pictured style of belt tensioners on my Y-axis; I modified them by trimming the inner arms short so they bore against the front horizontal extrusion.

Having done this fairly excellent Thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3991856, my modified belt tensioners had nothing to brace their inner arms against. So I made these. (They also give a finished look to the now-exposed ends of the front vertical extrusions.)
