This is a replacement clip to repair XLR plugs on which the clip is missing.The clip locks the connection but is otherwise not necessary.

There's a springy part on this model which is needed to insert (and remove) the clip from the plug. You may have to experiment with the dimensions of this part so that the clip won't be removed from the plug unintentionally.

Print on the flat side without brim. Configure the first layer squish so that the first layer has the same horizontal dimensions as the other layers.
