Didn't find anything similar on Thingiverse, therefore designed my own parts. Have no idea what is the name for this pegboard holes format. This is Küpper Lochwand pegboard which I bought in obi. It's cheap and does the job.

I like to print with supports, but I think it is possible without. ABS
