A candle with a wax-drip texture on the side.

I didn't use any special settings when printing this. I find that silk PLA tends to bring out the wax-drip effect a little better than other filament types due to silk PLA's high light reflectivity.

These candles are designed to fit a small Tea Light. These are the ones I used, from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WLLRVMD

I have included the OpenSCad file I used so that you can adjust the cutout for the size of any tea light you may already have. Note: I haven't really tested changing the diameter of the candles so it may not look completely right if you adjust it by a large amount.

The design for this actually took quite a while. I decided to use OpenSCad for this, which in retrospect, it may have been better to use Blender.

Making the wax drip texture on the side of the candle was actually quite difficult with OpenSCad. I ended up finding some tutorials online and ran across a Pen Holder that the creator designed so that you can customize it here on Thingiverse with your own image (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1589493).
This was exactly the effect I was trying to achieve but using my own custom texture. OpenSCad doesn't have a way to wrap a height-map around a circular object, only create a solid plane from it, but you can cheat by creating a bunch of triangles, extruding them along the Z axis and then rotating them, all while taking the intersection of the extruded triangles and the height-map texture.

It took a while to get the final design "just right", and I kept encountering errors in OpenSCad whenever I would try to import one of the rendered STL files and then do some modifications to it with the OpenSCad built-in functions. I originally wanted to create a model that combined all 3 of the candles into one model with them touching. I scrapped that because the render would have taken over 4 hours to complete.

In the end, I decided three different height candles would be the easiest option to make.
