My office chair did not have a headrest and was too short to lean my head on so I made this headrest.  It's pretty rudimentary, but it works!  I bought some ¼"x20x5" bolts with washers and lock nuts to assemble it.  With just the right amount of tightening, the links will stay in place but can still be adjusted.
