The is a handle for a HeathKit VTVM's. It uses the screw hole spacing of 3 7/8"

I found it printed best upside down. 

I used the existing HeathKit rolling thread screws for mounting. To do this, I heated the screw using a hot air gun, then screwed the screws in to form the threads. You could also use screw inserts.
