Festool hose dust collection funnel for use on sleds or other applications. I needed a funnel to pull dust sent forward by the saw blade on my picture frame miter jig. This was a quick solution that attaches to my Festool Dust Extractor and is secured to the jig with double sided tape. This is designed to utilize the twist lock functionality of the dust hose and seals very well.

Future Modifications

• Improve interface between funnel and hose (registration marks for hose insertion)
• Add screw holes so it can be permanently mounted
• Add magnets around the base to magnetically attach to the table saw surface so it can be used without tape
• Enlarge funnel to collect more dust

Print Settings

This should print without the need for brim material, but I would recommend them if you experience adhesion issues

• Layer Height/Quality: 020" Speed
• Material: PETG
• Infill: 15% by default, shouldn't matter depending on perimeter settings
• Perimeters: 2
