Got a rosewill 2U RSV-72700 Server case for free to build a pc in and couldnt find anywhere where to get the motherboard standoffs. Found tons of forums where alot of people had the same issues and Rosewill killed off this part of their company. so i made them printable. works great on mine and actually sits lower than the original so you get a little more space. 

once you screw them in down flush i used a center punch and drilled a 3/32 hole down the center of the studs of them all and used a motherboard screen to self tap in. Could add it in as a negative though if you wanted.

no issues, works with PLA but suggest PETG for this.
