The actual size of the 100mm grid is 98x98mm and the 150mm grid is 148x148mm. 

There are 2 models to choose from and one full. 

The full model can be printed without the full top and bottom layers, only with the chosen fill pattern  - see all images.

Or you can add modifiers - prusaslicer

I recommend using a nozzle of 0.6 mm or larger - if possible.
