There are 3 files: GT2 Belt single, GT2 Belt double and GT2 Belt lock.
The single is just a minimalist model of the GT2 belt. There is sufficient slop in the printing process that it does not need to be 100% correct. The double file is where the two single pieces have been doubled up and this is the piece that when used as a hole will result in the slot where the doubled up belt will fit in. Play with the thickness to suit your nozzle and printer to come up with the ideal fit. I made it 3mm thick and that just made it a proper fit for me.
Use the test piece GT2 Belt lock to experiment with.
Use a #6 screw right through the loop to obtain additional holding safety if you desire.
