The plastic handle on the sliding screen door on my back porch was weathered and sad looking, so I decided to replace it with something more interesting.

I scaled up the original, and modified it to add two countersunk screw holes (for M4 screws). The two screw holes are 55mm apart.

Print Instructions

Use the provided 3mf or gcode files to print in PETG. More specifically :

• 0.2mm layer height
• adaptive layer height
• perimeters = 3
• modifier for extra perimeters around the screw holes
• 20% rectilinear infill
• paint on supports under the head

I used Prusament Neon Green PETG for my print.
