I tried some of the clip rings I found, but most were based on a torus design, which is difficult to print, and the clip mechanisms tended to be too closed to print well.

I focussed on adding a ‘ball’ to the ends to keep items from unintentionally creeping off the rings, and used a rectangular profile that prints well. The inside diameter of the circular portion is 40mm, which should hold 40 - 50 bags.

I recommend 20% grid infill with PETG. The sample is printed in Prusament recycled PETG.
