I made two versions - for lovers of geometric shapes and volume. To prevent the dough from sticking to the mold, I sprinkled some flour on it. Best option is to coat the forms with sunflower oil (in the first photo).
The puff pastry that I had, greatly changes the shape when baking. I think ginger cookies will have a better print. You can also increase the size by 20 percent or more.
