Rinse agent cap for a Midea Dishwasher (may fit other models).  The original one came off and got melted by the heat elements.  Was able to reuse the O-Ring from the original one.

Midea does not sell just the cap, you have to replace the entire dispenser.

Recommended to use PETG or ABS so that it will withstand the heat of the drying cycle.
