Remix of KerseyFabrications Ender 5 Linear Rails Mod . I switched the orientation of the rails so that they did not impact the belts. I also remixed Ender 5 X and Y Axis Endstop re-orientation by rmpel and TH3D EZABL Mount with Cable Guide/Strain Relief Bracket by fueledbyboredom. This is a complete set of parts to modify an Ender 5 to linear rails with silent endstops and an EZABL mount with cable strain relief.

Changed X axis mount, The previous one had slight errors on the side that mounts to the metal plate and did not fit correctly. Also added a Y stop for use with the Hemera, it includes supports for cables and a bowden tube used to hold the bundle of wires.

Remix of X axis is included V12 has smaller holes for mounting to the block.

Updated hardware to M5 x 15mm screws - thanks to wayneuk for catching this.
M5 X 12mm should also work. I used the hex lock nuts from the original mounts.
NONE OF THESE MODS MAKE PERMANENT CHANGES TO THE ENDER 5. THEY SIMPLY BOLT ON AND REPLACE PARTS.

Print the X and Y linear rail mounts with a HTPLA or Carbon Fiber filled PLA.The end stops and EZABL mount can be printed with standard PLA. rnI had problems with some of the linear rails I received, so I would suggest ordering at least 4 if you want to attempt this mod, and CAUTION, do not let the sliding block come off the end of the rail!!!!!rnThe linear rail adapters have hex nut holes and should hold them securely. I used some tape to hold them during assembly rnUse t-nuts and M3 x 8 screws to attach the endstops to the 2020 extrusion. If you have M4 or M5 these will probably work even better.
