Print Settings: (I use a Flashforge adverturer 3 pro)

Main Body: 2hrs print

• Layer height: 0.18mm
• Print speed: 40 mm/s, travel speed: 70mm/s
• Shell count: 2
• NO RAFT, NO SUPPORTS, brim is optional
• 15% infill

Screw: 40 mins print

• Layer height: 0.12mm
• Print sped: 40mm/s, travel speed: 70mm/s
• 10% infill
• Use a brim for better bed sticking
• NO RAFT, NO SUPPORTS

Thread Insert: 15 mins print, Same settings as Screw

Screw Cap (Optional): 20 mins print, Same settings as Screw

Assembly:

1. Insert the thread insert part into the main body using the grooves
2. Insert the screw through the thread and the main body
3. Once the screw is partly through the other end, insert the screw cap
4. Mount the body to your desk and tighten the screw to fasten it (see photos)
