print works best 16mm line width, 40% infill, wall count 4. i used 35mm long sunken screws. the pressboard is 18mm thick and the desk 15mm, leaving about 1mm of screw because i can't measure things right. i used some leftover pieces of raft from prints to compensate on one side to even out the desk so that my mouse glides better across the desk mat.

you can adjust the height in your slicer for whatever thickness you need but i wouldn't recommend adjusting the width or length as that will squish the screw holes. holes were made with 3.5mm wide screws in mind but if you adjust the horizontal offset with a negative number in your slicer, you can make them a bit wider.

this was a very specific part i needed and the first thing i actually modeled myself so i doubt you will need it but im happy with how it turned out and with the extra space on my desk. added a lil smiley face :). it's not perfect but it's functional.
