Made this for someone else. Their doorbell (made by Trine - I think a model model Trine-240 with outer dimensions: 7-1/4" x 4-3/4" x 1-7/8") was missing its plastic cover.

Since I didn't have any information on how the original cover was attached, I just designed a workable replacement.

The internal dimensions of this cover are 7.5"H x 5"W x 2.1"D ( made it a bit oversize just in case). Note that the cover has two external screw holes on the top for mounting to the adjacent wall; since the unit is mounted high on the wall, the screw holes are not visible in use.

I assume this design could be scaled up or down a bit as needed, but I have not tried this.

Print Instructions

Print in PLA with front side down - no supports required. The screw holes have “break out” supports so that no additional support material is required - simple push the screw through the thin layer on the finished print.

I recommend using a PLA color that will “blend in” to the existing wall color.
