I needed to separate things in the IKEA Samla 22l box. I found the 3D model of the box, so it was a matter of a few minutes.
Print instructions:
- Material: PETG
- Layer: 0,2 mm
- Perimeters: 2
- Infill: 15
- Supports: No
- Brim: No
This model does not require any special settings, more details in the attached 3MF file.
Assembly instructions:
Unfortunately, IKEA Samla boxes have a relatively large manufacturing tolerance range. If you want to be sure of the functionality of my model, first print a test template on paper, stick it on cardboard and try it in your box. PDF file is included.
Custom modification:
If you want to modify the model, I am attaching the STEP file and a link to my OnShape.
Unfortunately, this model with its dimensions will not fit on the printing plate of my Prusa MK4. Therefore, I have also prepared a version divided into two parts with an admitted division. Both parts need to be glued, I used my favourite two-component epoxy glue.
And of course, for owners of 3D printers with a larger print plate, a one-piece version is also available 😉.

Current model version:
- Standard Version: V01
- Two Part Version: V01
Note:
Please don't forget to leave a rating or a comment. I will be glad for any feedback, so I can correct any mistakes in the design. Thank you very much.
