I'm running an Orange Pi Zero with it's NAS expansion board as a Nextcloud server. It's a nice way to put an mSata hard disk I had lying around to good use.

I started using the Orange Pi Zero NAS (minimal) 'case' at first to which I added a fan stand. This works but doesn't look very nice.

Recently I acquired an Odroid XU4 for which I printed a nice case which inspired me to design something similar for the Orange Pi Zero NAS. This is the result.

There's a design with fan mount, and one without. I would recommend the fan mount, without this mount temperatures within the case quickly climb to 55°C and above. While with the fan I have an average temperature of about 32°C.

For reference, I've added a 40x40x10 RGB (5V) fan, because RGB fans are cool

I printed using infill (20%, although less would probably work as well) and to ensure a nice round fan-hole I enable supports there.

You need to bend the IR receiver to fit the board into the case.
Pushing the Orange Pi and NAS expansion board into the case might be a bit tricky as tolerances are quite tight.
