I made the unit 10mm wider to fit larger toothpaste tube's. The squeezer can accommodate a 10mm wider tube than the original version. The closed end is now 5mm thicker. There's a 4mm deep recces in the bottom to accept the longer drive key. The drive key now slips 4mm into the body and has a semicircle on the other end of the shaft that engages the body to make the shaft stiffer and more sturdy. This can still be printed without supports. I printed this in PETG at .24 layer height with a .6 nozzle 15% gyroid infill. The thick layers give it a nice positive  engagement and friction twist with a slight click. So far the tube also stays put and doesn't try to unwind.
