Hello! I have made a handle replacement/upgrade for the Nerf Ultra Pharaoh. It requires a M3x50 bolt and an M3 nut for the assembly. In the handle, there is a hexagonal cavity for the M3 nut to sit in. Pause the print just before it covers the cavity (this can be done in the slicer or done manually, see image 4) and insert the nut then continue the print. The insert goes inside the blaster where the original handle was with the bolt head on that side. The new handle can now be screwed into place.

I printed the parts in PETG (PLA hasn't been tested but should work as well) with the following parameters:

Layer Height - 0.2mm 

Walls - 6

Infill - 40%, Cubic

No supports or rafts needed
