• draw out your 2d profiles into a dxf, with each unique layer being a new 2d layer.
• import the dxf into openscad and extrude them, translating up as required
• export to stl, slice and print.

remember to let each set of layers overlap by .001 or so, just so the rendering engine knows they are going to be the same peice.
