ZeroPoint Guide – Usage Instructions

How It Works

1. Positioning the ZeroPoint Guide

Place the guide snugly against the laser head.

2. Defining Your 0,0 Point

Position the guide on the cutting surface where you want your new origin.

The guide automatically establishes X and Y edges, creating a square alignment point.

3. Aligning Your Material

Place your workpiece against the X and Y edges of the guide.

4. Calibration & Confirmation

Set the 0,0 coordinates in your laser software based on the guide’s position.

5. Removing the ZeroPoint Guide

Before starting your laser operation, remove the ZeroPoint Guide to prevent obstruction or damage.

6. Laser Operation

Once aligned and the guide is removed, begin your cutting or engraving process.
