I printed this in Sunlu Transparent PLA and used a little bit of watered down Terradon Turquoise contrast paint and a dry brush of white to get the look

Simple shapes in tinkercad. All details that stick out only do so about 0.5 mm so they shouldn't need supports and all major overhangs are 45
