Summary
This heat cover is designed for X-ONE printer that has no heat cover as their upper model "Avatar IV".
Heat cover are constructed as 3 part.
Front panel.
Side panel.
Top cover.
Each part use 4mm thick transparent polycarbonate cardboard.
Cardboard connectors are used for top cover.
And plastic L angle bar has been used for each edge costume.

For Front panel
Please use 2step part from X-One rib.stl
Using 4x M3 15mm screw at edge side.
Washer , Spring Nuts, And Nuts
Please adjust inside space
For Side panel
Please use 1step part from X-One rib.stl
Using 4x M3 15mm screw at edge side.
Washer , Spring Nuts, And Nuts

For Top cover
Following parts are necessary.
2 corner.stl for rear upper .
2 edge_656c.stl for front slant upper.
4 bottom_corder.stl for bottom.
4 bottom_base.stl for place each corner of topside window.
supplemental parts
edge 656b.stl : It can use for top and slant line.
edge.stl : It can use for each edge that has right angle
This parts are designed as angle of slant 65.6degree.
Please confirm your PTFE tube height during printing.
Bottom_base parts are placed at each corner of topside window.
And temporary hold by tape etc.
After create whole of top cover then placed on bottom_base with bottom_corner as adhesive material. My bottom parts are created with ABS filament so ABS adhesive is necessary.
It is recommendation.
Each edge are costumed with plastic L angle bar.
for slant edge that has broad or sharp from right angle.
I have broken L angle on these area and taped from inside.
So you can get free joint Angle on this point.
For temporal build up , You can use strong adhesive tape.
And after that you should use normal plastic adhesive for those.
