This is a wheel to replace the ones you'd buy from hobbyking. I wanted bearings so they would be silky smooth and TPU for the supple damping instead of the hard foam. Print the hub in your favorite hard plastic and the tire in ninjaflex (or your favorite tpu). Install, and enjoy.
EDIT: I've uploaded the front wheel as well and the solidworks to help with any changes anybody might want to make. Feel free to remix.

I printed at .1mm layers with a .25tip for the tires and .2mm layers with a .4tip for the hubs.
The bearing is a 7x3x3 closed bearing.

Glue the tire and hub together with CA
Also keep the weight off the wheels while it's not being used. The tires deform if just sitting. Or better yet use the design files to make a perfectly fitting wheel chock and then share it with everyone.
