I liked Boolmool's design but I felt like it didn't need to be so wide. So I used his design as a base, slimmed the whole thing down to the same width as the neck and added holes along the bottom to save material while adding a bit of style.

Use the same top piece(s) from Boolmool's design.

It clips onto my Xbox Series and Xbox One controllers just fine although it is a slightly better fit on the Series controller. Holds my phone well and feels securely connect to the controllers.

It is a little more flimsy when not on a controller. Probably wouldn't have as high of a chance of surviving being thrown in a backpack or something like that but if you just keep it around to use at home it should hold up.
