You may subtract a part of the sphere with negative volume in Slicer and sit it on any lightbulb as a lampshade. For impressive shadow projection make sure your light is as small as possible. Avoid diffuse bulbs, better go for pointlight style LEDs.

btw: SketchUp is still free as an online tool and makes it very easy to produce STL files. For me still the most powerful 3D CAD software with a very low learning curve and a fantastic community.
