These blocks will slip onto the legs on the Harbor Freight workbench and gives you the ability to add stem mount caster wheels to your bench. They will add a bit of height to the workbench - depending on the size of wheels you use.

There are two holes for m3 thread inserts on each caster block. Adding these allows you to positively secure the caster blocks to the bench legs.

SETTINGS

No special print settings needed, maybe a brim if you have bed adhesion issues, 15% infil seems to be enough, and I used and recommend PETG filament for the slight flexibility. PLA might work but is more brittle and in this scenario could be prone to failure.

NOTES

I've designed these things to be thick and chunky on purpose. These are workbench casters meant for hard use and ideally the chunky design ethos aligns with the end use case scenario. 

I've taken the pegboard portion and top shelf off my workbench which makes moving it 10x easier. I've also thought about cutting down the legs to bring the height back down to ‘factory setting’ and to eliminate some of the wobble the bench has.
