I guess you're allowed to remix your own designs :)
Anywho, following the sample simple design curves, I just raised it up 35mm to accommodate the USB Charging Cable.
Fits most standard sized smartphones (~5.5in), but can be scaled up/down for other sizes.

Notes:
Printed with 3 shells and 5 top/bottom layers with 0% infill. Infill really doesn't matter as the sides are pretty thin, 0% help keeps the printer from vibrating so much to fill in little gaps.
It doesn't require supports when printed as oriented, but you may get a little bit of sagging around the cutout for the power cord. Just scrape those off.
