A simple copy of the Stickvise PartLift. I love the Stickvise and the high temperature PTFE jaws are totally worth it as well, but I am not paying $16.50 for a pair of these little part lifters.

Part is designed parametrically in Freecad. Adjust the thickness up or down to change the stiffness, and change the width as desired for the parts you will use it with as well.

Print at 100% infill. Works well with PLA, but depending on how hot the packages of the parts your are using it with get when soldering, a higher temperature material may be better. Can also try putting some heatshrink or stretching some silicone tubing over the tip to improve resistance to soldering temperatures.
