A simple bulkhead/passthrough model for PC4 1/8" BSP compression fittings. 

The hole in the nut is sized appropriately for a 1/8" BSP tap, though you may be able to get things to work with a 10x1mm.  These fittings are pretty much always mislabeled as 10mm in the 3d printing world, but they're not.

Should not be sensitive to print settings/accuracy and no supports or special care is required. 

Thickness of the material being transited will be limited by the threading on the fittings. This model is not fully air tight as-is and that shouldn't be necessary as very little moisture will pass through. A bit of silicone should improve the seal if you feel it necessary.
