I needed to increase the load capacity of the shelf in the cabinet.

Print instructions:

I decided to use PET, PLA can also be used. Printing the model does not require any special settings. Supports are not necessary.

Assembly Instructions:

The hole is designed for a 3.5 mm wood screw. Consider using a stainless steel screw as well.
