I've always liked models of planter boxes and one night when I should have been sleeping, I was browsing planter models instead and came up with the idea of a D20 shaped planter, so a short time in Tinkercad later, here they are. 

Included matching drip trays, and a couple of sizes as well as with/without drain holes. Should be a very easy print, have not tried vase mode yet but I think it should also work.
