What is this?

For those of us who love cats, nekomimi, or cute things, this is the perfect accessory for your extruder! Designed to fit a Moons motor (exact model in the images), which is frequently used in the Sherpa Mini or Sherpa Micro extruder, these cute ears clip in place, and look fantastic.

Printing settings

For material, I would recommend at least PETG, though ASA or ABS would be better, especially if you plan to enclose. Print settings that I used were the same as the ones recommended by the Voron project, though you could probably use fewer perimeters if you wanted. If your printer struggles with overhangs, you can use some supports on the insides of the ears, but it's probably easier to just use thinner layers.

Fitting

The ears are designed like a ‘headband’: they clip into place, and might need a bit of flexing to fit. They should hold fairly firm, though I haven't tested any high-speed printing with them.
