Insert for 53mm cardboard filament spools (e.g. Elegoo) to prevent wear and dust when mounted on a spool holder such as the standard Prusa Spool Holder.

This insert is designed to use as little filament as possible - only 2g per insert!

Because of this please be aware that the part may break if excessive force is used.

It will friction fit into the spool and has chamfers to help with fitment and removal.

Remember to print 2 - one for each side of the spool!

Tested with PLA and used with spools on the Prusa Spool Holder
