This is a camera mount for use with the Longrunner LC26 style Raspberry Pi cameras that have IR illumination and cut filter. It is designed to be mounted on Creality Ender 3 style printers with 2040 or 4040 aluminum extrusions.

Materials

• Camera
• FFC Pi camera cable (at least 30cm/1ft recommended)
• 1 print of each model
• 4 each M3 x 16 screws for camera housing (frontplate, backplate, & rearplate)
• 1 each M3 x 16 screw and M3 nut to mount camera housing to column
• 4 each M4 t-nuts & M4 x 10 screws to mount base to printer rail

Assembly

1. Mount camera in housing pieces using M3 x 16 screws. The screws will cut threads as they are installed.
2. Mount camera assembly to the column using the M3 x 16 screw and M3 nut. The holes in the column ears and the rear mounting plate may need to be enlarged to clear the screw threads.
3. Slide FFC clip onto column.
4. Using the lower screw clamp the column to the base.
5. Attach base to printer using M4 x 10 screws and M4 t-nuts.
6. Thread Raspberry Pi camera FFC cable through slot in base and FFC clip. Attach to camera and attach other end to Raspberry Pi.
7.  Orient camera by loosening screw and nut at rear mounting plate and loosening lower screw. Retighten once desired camera view found.
8. Enjoy your printer!
