Both designed for 8mm arrows.
I print arrowhead with 100% infill PLA and it works fine. For more durability, you can use etc. PETG, ABS.

Recommended usage:

• Use the extender as close to the tip as possible for maximum efficiency (picture 3, method 3). If you use method 2 from pic. 3, arrow will break after small shake. (I tested shoot with it, and it survived one shot. It broke in my hand after few seconds.)
• You can use tape for smooth transition between extender and arrow body or wrap the entire extender. 
• IMPORTANT: I use super glue to connect two arrowheads, although you can wrap the entire extender in super glue for more durability -recommended.

If you do not follow the recommended usage, the extender is more likely to break as follow in picture 4.
