Based on off_grid_craft's design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3445927). These motors are small and cheap and will stall if the pump is run too fast. Produces a very slow, precise and reliable flow rate. I have mine operated by an Arduino and a potentiometer to control speed and direction.
