Dunlop or Woods valves are usually used for inner tubes for bicycles. According Wikipedia these valves are not common in the US and are generally found on bicycles in Europe and Asia.

The thread isn't exactly 1:1 to the valve thread but by putting it on it threads itself and will fit very snugly.
