Summary
I really could have driven myself to the store and bought something to keep in the coffee. But honestly, I never remembered to. Besides, It probably would have only been a 1/3 Cup measure. That would have required me to measure two scoops of coffee for the morning pot. That's just to much work before my my eyes are fully open. Be warned it works best in a large can of coffee.

I sliced this in Cura. I used the Default Draft profile. (.2 resolution)
I made the following changes to the parameters.
WALL LINE COUNT = 80
This orients the extrusion to print in an outward spiral It also sets TOP LAYERS to 0, and BOTTOM LAYERS TO 999999
Z SEAM ALIGNMENT = User specified
Allows you to locate the Z SEAM by rotating the object on the build plate and re-slicing.
If you randomize the the "Z seam Alignment" on a cylindrical print, I have found that my extruder leaves small zits at the retraction points. Perhaps I need to further calibrate my retractions and temperature settings. Although, I suspect it may have something to do with insufficient cooling. "Oh the joy of a home built printer."
WALL SPEED = 35 mm/s
I raised this from the default of 25 mm/s. With the way the print is oriented the increased speed causes no resolution loss.
In order to eliminate the need for support material and post processing, orient the scoop with the bottom and the handle flat against the build plate.
After the item is sliced, enter preview mode and look for Z seam location. You can then rotate the measuring cup to hide most of the Z seam behind where the handle meets the
body.
With these parameters it takes about three hours to print and uses 36 grams of material.
Post-Printing
Printed like this I had no post processing. Except to wash it, and put it in the coffee can.
How I Designed This
I looked up a Cylinder volume calculator Online. I then used those dimensions in Cad for the design parameters.
