This is a case to store 1S Lipo batteries nicely.

I have 2 types of Lipo laying around: Tunigy Nano-Tech 300mAh and 500mAh. Their dimensions are:

300mAh: 30x20x7.5mm
500mAh: 41.5x25.5x8.7mm

I have made the spaces bigger but please check your battery size before printing.

For the hinges, I use some leftover rivet pins/mandrels which are about 2mm in diameter. I pressed the end of the pin in a vice to deform it a bit and it fits nicely. If you use bigger pins then you may want to careful drill the holes to enlarge them.

I use 0.2mm layer.

For the lid, you may want to use support for "touch base only". I used "tree support" in Cura and get good result.

The bottom can be printed without support.
