The Beiter-Clicker is a well established standard. but if you want to tighten it hard, your fingers will suffer to say the least.

You can use this wrench to tighten the clicker proper.
but please be aware that you always should exercise reasonable caution: If you have an aluminum riser and therefore also aluminum threads, the threads in the riser will die if you overdo it long before the threads (steel) of the clicker even suffer.
I had never a problem with my W&W innoMAX with steel-inserts
