I made these for my wife’s school class.

I printed them using PLA, with a layer change applied to the last 2 layers for the numbers.

It depends a bit on the filament, but with the blue one, the filaments became loose right away. The tricolour version was slightly tighter, but it was still very easy to loosen them. A little spinning along with a few drops of “balistol-oil” were sufficient to make them spin smoothly.
