Heavily inspired by the BentoBox recirculation filter, the BentoRoll is a recirculation filter for the Prusa CORE One. The normal BentoBox won't fit without removing a side metal panel. Instead, this design replaces one of the side transparent panels. The required bill of materials is the same, except it is on the side.

This is recommended to be a secondary filter for the CORE One. The active chamber management is an exhaust and is not filtered by default. Some sort of filter, DIY or official, is strongly recommended to avoid unfiltered air being released while printing.

The required bill of materials is identical to the BentoBox, with up to 28mm thick fans being supported. Optional components include:

• 4 M3x4 or M3x6 screws to hold the module holder to the side wall (otherwise, glue or plastic weld).
• Up to 16 6x2mm magnets to hold the module cover (otherwise, exclude the cover or find a way to friction fit).
• 1 21x5mm switch to toggle the fans (otherwise, hard-wire on power supply on)
• 1 WH148 potentiometer (otherwise, hard-wire to not have fan speed control)

The 3 parts of the side walls are intended to be glued or plastic welded together, with the module holder either screwed, glued, or plastic welded to the center part of the side wall. All of the modules should slide in and out with a slight lock (some warping on the holding clips is fine). All parts are designed to be printed in PETG, and PETG or better is recommended due to the heat when printing with a >55c chamber. A mix of Overture PETG, Inland PETG, and Creality PETG printed on the Prusa CORE One was used for testing.
