This fastener is sized for a 6mm hole, with a 14.1mm head diameter. It can be scaled as needed.

The model is based on the dimensions of Honda part no. 90683-GR1-003. I used it to attach body panels on a Honda CBR929RR.

Compared to other 3D printable push rivet designs, this design features:
- Only one shank split for a stronger shank
- A side-printed pin for optimal layer orientation
- Positive pin retention
- A slightly pre-expanded shank that stays in the hole even without the pin inserted

Recommended Print Settings

Print the rivet body on its head, pointing up. Print the rivet pin laying on its flat side.
