Simple sanding block for detail work. Colour coding for different paper grits.

Sandpaper length required is 23cm, which is short side of standard sandpaper sheet.

Print and assembly instructions

Print with PLA. For recommended settings and print orientation, see 3mf file.

Holding screw is held directly in PLA, which proved to be simple and durable enough for this application.

Required hardware is M4x15mm flathead bolt and M4 hex nut to use  headcap, or any M4x8mm bolt without headcap.

Headcap has intentionally 0.2mm layer over hole to ease printing. Simply cut it out or drill it before assembly.
