I designed this to replace the gantry plate on my Ender 5 Plus. It is a first iteration and a work in progress. I will add photos and info after I get some more testing done. There are some off the shelf parts that are needed and I will get a parts list added on here.

The goal: make a complete unit to handle direct drive relocation of the original extruder, bltouch mount with limited nozzle offset (x=22.75 y=0). Maintain gantry footprint. Easy access for nozzle replacement.

Later iterations may include separating the BLTouch and fan mounts into modular pieces that can be printed separate incase of repairs or a need to customize for difference components. A parts cooling nozzle is in the works as well and will be added once it is complete.

I was able to find some examples of the original gantry, bltouch, and the E3D V6 hot end that I did not have to redraw to be able to use them for sizing and assembly files. They were available from GrabCAD. These are not printed parts or part of the actual design, just used for assembly fit up in Solidworks to insure spacing and clearances were maintained.
