Flying Butterfly! 

Here is my rubber butterfly!

 It's one file print in place. Use 0,2mm layer hight, I prototyoed it using this so it should work for you as well.  Place Color change after one layer to make it really pop out! You can experiment with diffrent colours and see what they are looking like!                                                                        

Pleas be carefull when removing it from printing stand, use thin tool for it (can be anything, i used filament clip. Butterfly is easily broken.

Be sure to use good rubber band and wind up it really good othervise it won't fly. I used several rubberbands i had in my house and some of them were too streachy. Wind up it carfully too. Hold it where upper wings join, when winding up.

To make it fly really good I used my hairdryer to heat up PLA for a moment and then bend upper wings a litte bit, each one in diffrent directions. If you do so, they will work as propeller so it will fly much, much better. Without it their flight looks more like hovering for a few seconds.
